Our mica perform wonderfully in soaps and cosmetics but are also perfect for other applications such as paintings and resin casting.
Some mica is heavier and some lighter therefore their volume differs. Some mica is also stronger in color (requires less to be used) and some are more delicate.
Generally ½ -2 teaspoons of mica are used per pound of CP and HP soap with about ½ tsp in M&P soaps.
0.5 ounce (14 grams) is between 3-5 tablespoons of color.
1.5 ounce (42 grams) is between 9-12 tablespoons of color.
42 gram of soap can color between 7 - 13 pounds of soap depending on color intensity
Stable in soaps.
They all are ethically sourced and cruelty free.
